Sacred Movement for Modern Times
Reflections
This is a space for reflection, embodiment, and unfolding. Here, I share stories from the path, insights from the body, and glimpses into what’s stirring as I return to somatic movement after time away. Thank you for being here to witness, walk and dance along the path with me.

About Me
I’m a somatic movement guide, soulful facilitator, and devoted space-holder for those yearning to return home to themselves through the wisdom of the body.
Throughout my life, I’ve explored the deep, transformative power of movement. My work draws from a rich tapestry of somatic dance, yoga, and mindfulness - practices that have supported me through my own healing, growth, and evolution. I hold a 500-hour yoga certification and advanced training in expressive, body-centered movement arts that emphasize sensation, presence, and personal expression.
In addition to my movement work, I’ve also spent years in leadership and entrepreneurship - founding a boutique wellness studio and later serving as the general manager of two multi-million-dollar companies. That journey taught me how to navigate both structure and surrender, strategy and soul.
After a 20-month sabbatical, I’m returning to this work with a tender heart and a deep sense of purpose. I’m still discovering what wants to emerge - and trusting the process. What I know for sure is that movement, when approached with reverence and curiosity, can change everything.
Through classes, workshops, trainings and retreats, I intend to create spaces where you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and your truth - and where together, we can remember what it means to feel fully alive.
